What we collect

• When you join: your email, name, mobile number and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your password. We never store your actual password.
• When you order: your delivery address, the bats you chose and your order history.
• Your bag and favourites, so they follow you between devices when you are signed in.

How we use it

To make and deliver your bat, to message you about your order on WhatsApp, and, only if you ticked the box, to tell you about new bats and offers.

Cookies and storage

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Your bag and favourites are also saved in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We share your name, address and phone number only with the courier delivering your order. We never sell your details.

Your choices
